WHEREAS the Board of Directors of Fast Cables Limited ("the Company") through circulation on 27thJune 2025 passed a resolution:
AND WHEREAS the current Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Muhammad Sharjeel, has submitted his resignation effective from 01*tJuly 2025, and the Board has accepted the resignation with gratitude for his valuable contributions to the Company's growth and financial stewardship;
AND WHEREAS the Board has conducted a thorough review and selection process to appoint a new CFO in line with the Company's strategic objectives and governance standards;
NOW,THEREFORE,BEITRESOLVEDTHAT:Appointment of New CFO:
The Board of Directors hereby approves the appointment of Usman Ahmad as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Fast Cables Limited, effective from 01st July 2025, to manage and oversee the
financial operations of the Company.
Authorization:The Company Secretary, is hereby authorized to take all necessary actions, including the signing of any documents required to effectuate this appointment and any related actions.
Acknowledgement and Appreciation of Outgoing CFO:The Board of Directors extends its sincere thanks and appreciation to Muhammad Sharjeel for his dedicated service and contribution to the Company during his tenure as CFO. The Board wishes him success in all future endeavors.
Other Matters:Any and all other related matters arising from this change in the senior management structure are delegated to the Company Secretary to implement in accordance with the applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance practices.
