RNS Number : 5112A Surgical Innovations Group PLC 29 May 2019                                                                                Surgical Innovations Group plc            ("SI Group" or "the Company")   Exercise of Options, PDMR Shareholding & Total Voting Rights     Exercise of Options Surgical Innovations (AIM: SUN), the designer and manufacturer of innovative technology for minimally invasive surgery, announces that, on 24 May 2019, it issued and allotted a total of 1,500,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the capital of the Company following an exercise of options by an employee of the Company.                 PDMR Shareholding The Company announces that, also on 24 May 2019, it issued and allotted a total of 1,500,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the capital of the Company following an exercise of options by Charmaine Day, Company Secretary and PDMR.  As part of this transaction, Mrs Day sold 1,000,000 shares at a price of 4 pence per share.    Following this transaction, the beneficial holding of Charmaine Day in the Company is 805,343 shares, representing approximately 0.1% of the issued share capital.   Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for admission of the 3,000,000 ordinary shares to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will take place and that trading will commence on AIM on 4 June 2019.     Total Voting Rights Following Admission, the Company will have 790,566,177 ordinary Shares in issue with each share carrying the right to one vote. The Company has no ordinary Shares held in treasury.
