14 January 2026 Likewise Group plc ("Likewise", or the "Company") Exercise of Options and Total Voting Rights Likewise Group plc (AIM:LIKE) announces that , under its 2024 Save As You Earn Scheme (the "2024 SAYE Scheme"), 13,861 share options were exercised by a good leaver, at a price of 12.4 pence per option and were satisfied by the transfer of 13,861 existing Shares held in treasury. Following the transfer, the issued share capital of the Company remains unchanged at 252,983,480 and the Company now holds 2,304,034 shares in treasury. The total voting rights in the Company is now 250,679,446 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Likewise under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
