Marousi, Attica, 18.05.2026 - "EUROPE HOLDINGS S.A." (trade name "EUROPE HOLDINGS S.A.", hereinafter the "Company"), further to its announcement of 01.10.2025, announces the completion of the transaction for the acquisition of ninety-three (93) company shares of "Alpha Insurance Brokers - Societate de Brokeraj in Asigurare-Reasigurare S.R.L." (trade name "Alpha Insurance Brokers"), headquartered in Bucharest, Romania, representing 50% of its paid-up share capital and voting rights, from Vista 2025 S.R.L. (formerly ALPHA LEASING ROMANIA IFN S.A.), a subsidiary of the VISTA BANK Romania Group. The total consideration for the transaction amounted to three hundred thousand euros (€300,000.00). Following the completion of the transaction, the Company holds in aggregate a 50% stake in the share capital of Alpha Insurance Brokers.
This investment forms part of the Company's strategy to expand its international footprint and further strengthen its position in the growing Romanian insurance market.
