European Lithium Limited (ASX: EUR, FRA:PF8, OTC: EULIF) (European Lithium or the Company) is pleased to advise that the offer of new options under the Company's prospectus dated 1 December 2025 closed at 5.00pm (AWST) on 12 December 2025 (Options Offer).
The Options Offer offered registered holders of EURO options, who had not exercised their EURO options prior to the expiry date at 5:00pm (WST) on 14 November 2025, the ability to subscribe for one new option for every one expired EURO option held (New Options) at an issue price of $0.002 per New Option, exercisable at $0.08 each on or before 31 December 2026. The Company received valid applications for a total of 3,878,206 New Options.
This represents an approximate 83% take up rate on entitlements by eligible option holders. The Directors of the Company have each agreed to equally underwrite the Options Offer to the extent that the Options Offer is not fully subscribed. Accordingly, the Directors or their nominees will take up 772,077 Options, being that number of Options that remains not applied for under the Options Offer, pursuant to the underwriting.
The Company wishes to thank all eligible option holders that have participated in the issue of New Options.
