Lagos, 24th March 2026 eTRANZACT INTERNATIONAL PLC - NOTICE OF BOARD MEETING AND CLOSED PERIOD
We hereby notify Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), our shareholders and the investing public, that a meeting of the Board of Directors of eTranzact International PLC ("the Company") will hold on Thursday, 26th March 2026 at eTranzact International PLC's Corporate Office, 5th Floor, Fortune Towers, 27/29 Adeyemo Alakija Street, Victoria Island, Lagos (via Teleconference) at 10:00 am to consider the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31st December, 2025 (2025 AFS).
Accordingly, in line with the provisions of Rule 17.18(a): Closed Period, Rulebook of the Exchange, 2015 (Issuers' Rule) as amended, and which has been incorporated into Sections 5 and 6 of the Company's Securities Trading Policy, the Company commenced a Closed Period from Thursday, 1st January 2026.
During this Closed Period, all insiders shall not trade in the Company's securities until twenty-four
(24) hours after the 2025 AFS has been released to the public.
