Pursuant to the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) Rulebook, Eterna PLC ("the Company") hereby announces the commencement of a Closed Period, effective 1st January 2026, in respect of the Company's Unaudited Financial Statements for the period ended 31st December 2025 (2025 Q4 UFS).
Consequently, no insider and their connected persons may directly or indirectly deal in the securities of the Company until twenty-four (24) hours after the release of the 2025 Q4 UFS and the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31st December 2025 to NGX and by extension, the general public.
