Sergio Grassi appointed Chief Revenue Officer, Value, Green and Services of the Esprinet Group Italy Reporting directly to the CEO, he will be responsible for leading V-Valley Italy, Zeliatech and Innovexya, the Group new services-focused division, towards achieving strategic market objectives Vimercate (Monza Brianza), June 3, 2026 - Esprinet S.p.A. (Italian Stock Exchange: PRT) , a leader in Southern Europe in the distribution of high-tech products and the provision of applications and services for digital transformation and the green transition, announces the appointment of Sergio Grassi as Chief Revenue Officer, Value, Green and Services. Sergio has 30 years of experience in the ICT sector. Born in 1971, after graduating in Electronic Engineering, he began his career as an Account Manager at Telecom Italy, later holding managerial and leadership roles at BT Italy, Infracom and EOLO, covering all market segments from Enterprise to Small/Medium Business, and from Wholesale to Consumer. Driven by a desire for new challenges and an interest in large, structured organizations, he joined the Esprinet Group in 2022 as Head of Sales & Marketing for V-Valley in Italy. Since 2024, he has served as Country Manager of Zeliatech, and in 2026 he also took on responsibility for Innovexya, the Group new services division, as well as Esprifinance, which manages the Group financial services, and the subsidiary Sifar, a distributor specialized in the sale of spare parts for smartphones and tablets. In managing V-Valley and Bludis, Sergio Grassi succeeds Luca Casini as a Board Member. After gaining extensive and significant experience leading the value distributor from its foundation to the present, Casini will continue his professional growth within the Group as Head of Group Controlling, reporting directly to the CEO.
