Roberto Sasso appointed Chief Financial Officer of the Esprinet Group Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, he will be responsible for supervising the Administration, Finance, and Control department Vimercate (Monza Brianza), 12 gennaio 2026 - Esprinet S.p.A. (Borsa Italiana: PRT) , a leading Group in Southern Europe in the distribution of high tech products and in the provision of applications and services for digital transformation and green transition, announces that it has appointed Roberto Sasso, formerly Group Controlling Officer, as Chief Financial Officer. Born in 1976, Roberto Sasso graduated in Economics and Business from the University of Bari and began his professional career in auditing firms, dealing with the auditing of statutory and consolidated national and international financial statements. In 2007, he joined Esprinet as a specialist in consolidated financial statements and international IFRS and Italian OIC accounting standards, before becoming Administrative Director for Italy. In 2020, he was appointed Group Budgeting & Financial Analysis Manager and, in 2024, Group Controlling Officer. As Chief Financial Officer reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, Sasso will be responsible for Administration, Finance, and Control, and will oversee financial and strategic planning for Group companies. In addition, he will assist the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer in the evaluation and management of all M&A transactions. This appointment represents an important step in the growth and consolidation of the Esprinet Group, confirming its focus on developing internal skills and managerial continuity.
