The Directors of Equity Group Holding Plc have recommended a dividend of Kenya Shillings Five Shillings Cents Seventy Five for each ordinary share on the issued and paid-up capital of the Company for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. Subject to shareholders' approval, the dividend will be payable to the members of the Company registered on the share register of the Company (the "Share Register") on the closure date, 22nd May 2026.
