Enhancement of overall limits for inter corporate loan/ guarantee/ Investment/ security pursuant to section 186 of the Companies Act, 2013 upto 100 Crore.2. Addition in object clause of Memorandum of Association.3. Increase in Authorise Share Capital and alteration of capital clause of the memorandum of association.
