This is with reference to the captioned subject, we hereby inform you that as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 and amended from time to time. The Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from Wednesday, 1st July, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the 1st quarter ended 30th June, 2026.During the aforesaid closed Trading Window period, the Employees, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Promoters, Designated Persons, and their immediate relatives or any other insider shall not trade in Company''s Shares/Securities.The date of the Board Meeting for consideration and approval of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026 shall be intimated separately in due course.
