(OTC: EARI) (“EARI” or the “Company”), a diversified entertainment and media holding company, today announced it has signed a non-binding Letter of Intent (“LOI”) to acquire BMR Global Distribution Inc., a consumer sales and distribution company.
BMR Global Distribution specializes in the sales and distribution of consumer products, including a premium gummy product line currently featured by the company. BMR is also engaged in discussions with multiple companies across the food and beverage sector regarding additional distribution and private-label opportunities.

The proposed transaction is expected to close on or before January 31, 2026, subject to customary due diligence, negotiation, and the execution of definitive agreements. There can be no assurance that a definitive agreement will be executed or that the transaction will be completed as proposed.
