Dr. Pargaru, Manager of Technical Services with ENPAR, brings a wealth of industry experience to the board. Dr. Pargaru will advise the board as ENPAR seeks to develop business opportunities in Russia and Eastern Europe.
Mr. Len Seed has agreed to step down as a Director to accommodate this new appointment. The Board of Directors wishes to thank Mr. Len Seed for his past service as director of the Company.
