Enpar cautions that there is no certainty that the draft letter of intent will result in a definitive agreement between the parties and is not at liberty to disclose the name of the US based company. Enpar and its board are considering the draft letter of intent and will keep shareholders informed on a timely basis as to the disposition of the matter. Enpar and its management are simply trying to keep its shareholders informed about what could be classified or described as a "material event" that could affect the value of their holdings.
