In accordance with Sections 96 and 131 of the Securities Act, 2015 and Clause 5.6.1(a) of the PSX Rule Book, we hereby convey the following information:
Engro Fertilizers Limited, along with other fertilizer manufacturers namely Fauji Fertilizer Company Limited and Fatima Fertilizer Company Limited, has executed multiple project agreements with Mari Energies Limited for the Pressure Enhancement Facilities ("PEF") Project at Habib Rahi Limestone reservoir ("HRL") within the Mari Gas Field, Daharki, Sindh (the "Project").
The PEF Project is a strategic initiative aimed at enhancing and sustaining gas supply through debottlenecking of pipeline infrastructure and installation of compression facilities. This is aimed to support continuity of gas supplies to fertilizer plants, thereby contributing to stable domestic fertilizers production in the country.
