Reference to our earlier disclosure dated March 2, 2026, this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of Engro Fertilizers Limited (the "Company") have approved the appointment of Mr. Imran Ahmed as Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") of the Company, for the remainder of the term ending on the date of the next election of directors. Mr. Ahmed shall join the company from May 11, 2026.
