Statement 7 May 2026 Completion of UK Power Networks acquisition ENGIE announces today the completion of the acquisition of UK Power Networks, nearly two months ahead of the initial timetable. ************************************* About ENGIE ENGIE is a major player in the energy transition, whose purpose is to accelerate the transition towards a carbon-neutral economy.
