Energy Solar Tech, S.A. (hereinafter, 'Energy Technologies' or the 'Company'), pursuant to the provisions of Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 on market abuse and Article 227 of Law 6/2023, of 17th March, on the Securities Market and Investment Services and related provisions, as well as Circular 3/2020 of the BME Growth segment of BME MTF Equity ('BME Growth'), hereby informs you of the following:

Further to the Other Relevant Information notice published on March the 5th 2026 regarding the call notice for the Extraordinary General Shareholders' Meeting 2026, the Company hereby reminds shareholders that, in accordance with Article 12 of the Articles of Association and Article 10 of the Regulations of the General Shareholders' Meeting, shareholders whose shares are recorded in the relevant book-entry register as of 30 March 2026 may attend the General Shareholders' Meeting.

Likewise, in accordance with Article 11.2 of the Articles of Association, shareholders entitled to attend the General Shareholders' Meeting may attend by telematic means by following the procedure set out on the Company's corporate website at the following link: https://energysolartech.com/junta/, as from 08:30 a.m. on the day on which the General Shareholders' Meeting is held, and shall follow the instructions provided therein to identify themselves and connect to the live broadcast of the General Shareholders' Meeting, for which they may be required to provide a digital copy of their National Identity Document (DNI), residence card or passport.

For the avoidance of doubt, the above link will be available on the public website for all shareholders, regardless of whether they have access to the Shareholders' Area or whether they have previously exercised their rights by that means. However, access to the link shall not in itself constitute sufficient evidence of shareholder status. The team managing the General Shareholders' Meeting will verify that the identification shown on the connection corresponds to a shareholder included in the relevant book-entry register (shareholders' register provided by Iberclear).

Shareholders are further informed that, due to the private nature of attendance at the General Shareholders' Meeting, they may not be accompanied by third parties who are not duly authorised to do so. Likewise, the recording, in whole or in part, of the session by attendees is prohibited, in strict compliance with the applicable data protection regulations, duties of confidentiality and the proper conduct of the meeting, without prejudice to the Company's right to record the session in full for the exclusive legal, organisational, evidential and record-keeping purposes that may be appropriate.
