21 November 2025:Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Energeia AS (the"Company") published on 10th November 2025, including minutes from theextraordinarygeneral meeting held on the same day (the "EGM"), announcing that the EGM hadapproved the private placement directed towards Jemma Invest AS raising grossproceeds of NOK 6,24 (the"Private Placement").The Private Placement is now completed and the share capital increasepertainingto the Private Placement has been registered with the Norwegian Register ofBusiness Enterprises.
