Reference is made to previous stock exchange announcements by Energeia AS (the"Company") regarding the issue of new shares in the Company pertaining to theRights Issue and the Underwriting Commission, as defined therein, (togetherthe"Transactions").
Following completion of the Transactions and registration of the new sharecapital with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises, expected to takeplace on or about 6 October 2025, Obligo Nordic Climate Impact Fund AB's totalholding of the outstanding share capital and voting rights in the Company willbe reduced from approximately 50.44% to 33.6%.
