The Board in its meeting held on 20.03.2025 has approved the issuance of upto 24 (Twenty Four) Secured Unlisted Unrated Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (SRNCDs)(Series 5) having face value of Rs. 5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakh Only) each aggregating to Rs. 1,20,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore Twenty Lacs Only) on private placement basis ('Issue').
