Purchase and sale of Elia Group shares in the context of the liquidity agreement

Within the framework of the liquidity agreement (see press release dated July 29, 2021), Elia Group reports today that Exane BNP Paribas on behalf of Elia Group has purchased 1,000 Elia Group shares during the period between between 18 May 2026 and 22 May 2026 on Euronext Brussels. During the same period, Exane BNP Paribas on behalf of Elia Group has sold - Elia Group shares.

The summary of the transactions realized in the framework of the liquidity agreement launched on July 29, 2021 is available on the Elia Group website. Following the implementation of the liquidity agreement, Elia Group currently owns 17,820 own shares.
