Elia Group and Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) are pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) establishing a comprehensive framework for collaboration on energy system transformation initiatives.

Since 2017, TNB and Elia Group have built up a proven partnership for energy system transformation. Under the new agreement, Elia Grid International will provide comprehensive advisory support to TNB in grid modernisation, renewable integration, market operations, and digital transformation. It also reflects a shared commitment to accelerating the global energy transition through strategic collaboration and knowledge exchange.

This milestone furthers Elia Group's ambition to be a frontrunner in the energy transition and develop pioneering consulting services outside our home markets. The agreement was signed during the Energy Transition Conference 2026, TNB's flagship industry event.
