Content of the Report:
The Board of ELEKTROTIM S.A. informs that on 01.10.2020 it received another Annexe to the Framework Agreement of 25.08.2015 ("the Agreement") signed by mBank S.A. with its seat in Warszawa ("the Bank"); the subject of the Agreement is using by ELEKTROTIM S.A. the guarantees granted by the Bank as part of the provided Line for guarantees (date of the Annexe: 30.09.2020). The Company informed about the conclusion of the Agreement with a Current Report No. 52/2015 of 01.09.2015.
Pursuant to the Agreement, ELEKTROTIM S.A. shall use the guarantees within the Line Limit up to the maximum amount of PLN 7,350,000.00.
Pursuant to the Annexe the period of the Line for guarantees is changed from 30.09.2026 to 30.10.2026 (the final expiry date of the guarantees issued by the Bank as part of the Line Limit) as well as the period of using the Line Limit in which ELEKTROTIM S.A. shall submit orders for granting guarantees from 30.09.2020 to 30.10.2020.
Other provisions of the Agreement - no changes.
