ELEKTROTIM S.A. informs that on 08.05.2017 it concluded a Contract with Nestle Polska S.A. with its seat in Warszawa (Contract date 05.05.2017).
The Company informed about receiving a letter from Nestle Polska S.A., Purina Nowa Wieś Wrocławska Branch which subject is the acceptance of an offer of ELEKTROTIM S.A. as the most favourable offer in the proceedings carried out on the basis of the Civil Code with Current Report No. 9/2017 of 11.04.2017.
The subject of the entire order shall be carried out in two stages. The Contract concluded on 05.05.2017 refers to the first stage of the investment which shall be concluded by 31.05.2017. The Parties intend to conclude a contract regarding the second stage of works within the subsequent months.
The subject of this Contract is execution of the first stage of the investment including restructuring the storm sewer system, storm water reservoirs, sanitary sewage system, fire systems for production plant Nestle Purina in Nowa Wieś Wrocławska and developing as-built documentation.
For the execution of the first stage of the investment the Parties agreed on the flat- rate remuneration amounting to PLN 4,759,402 (say: four million, seven hundred fifty eight thousand, four hundred two zlotys).
Other terms and conditions of the Contract, including provisions regarding contractual penalties do not diverge from the commonly applicable terms and conditions of this kind of Contracts.
Taking into account: the current portfolio of orders, estimating risk of becoming dependant of receivers-customers, and a significant meaning for the incomes of ELEKTROTIM S.A. in the future, the Company publishes this Report due to The Company publishes the Report due to the fact that the Company qualifies the subject Contract as confidential information in conformity with the definition set forth in Article 7 of MAR Ordination.
