This is in furtherance to our earlier intimation dated February 10, 2025, informing about the decision of the Board of Directors of the Company approving the Scheme of Arrangement under Section 230 to 232 of the Companies Act, 2013. We would like to inform further that the Company has received Observation Letter No. DCS/AMAL/NB/R37/3668/2025-26 dated June 20, 2025 from the BSE Limited with ''No Adverse Observation''. The Copy of the said letter is annexed herewith.
