This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 29, 2025 at 10:30 a.m. at Karachi and thru video link to consider the Third Quarter Accounts for the period ended September 30, 2025.

The company has declared the "Closed period" from October 22, 2025 to October 29, 2025 as required under Regulation 5.6.1 of the Rule Book of the Exchange. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly/ indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.

You may please inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
