This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, February 13, 2026 at 2:30 p.m. at Karachi and thru video conference to consider the matters other than Financial Results.

The company has declared the Closed period" from February 6, 2026 to February 13, 2026 as required under Regulation 5.6. 1 of the Rule Book of the Exchange. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
