PRESS RELEASE

Milan, March 6, 2026 - Edison informs that the 2025 Report of the Board of Statutory Auditors, pursuant to Art. 153 of legislative decree 58/1998, is available to the public, at the Company's headquarters, on Edison Spa website (https://www.edison.it) and on the authorized storage system "eMarket Storage".

Edison informs also that at the present day: i) the Annual Financial Report at December 31, 2025, which includes the Draft Financial Statements, the Consolidated Financial Statements and the Report on Operations (including in its turn the Consolidated Sustainability Report and the Report on Corporate Governance and on the Company's Ownership Structure), together with the Auditing Reports; ii) the Report on compensation policy and on compensation paid; iii) the illustrative Reports of the Board of Directors, with the related motions for resolution on the issues on the agenda of the Shareholders' Meeting on March 30, 2026; have been already published and are available to the public in the same manners mentioned above.
