Eco Depot™ completes the terms of the Distribution Agreement.
Pensacola, FL. February 26, 2016, Eco Depot, Inc. (ECDP) a distributor of the WaterGizzi brands (www.watergizzi.com) has completed the terms of their September 14, 2015 distribution agreement with PureNext Technologies, Inc.
Eco Depot, Inc. has secured the North American rights to distribute the WaterGizzi Squeeze and WaterGizzi 360 products for 2,000,000 common shares which cannot be sold publicly until after February 26, 2017. The Company has also issued 10,000,000 common shares (subject to the same restrictions) to secure an ownership stake in these products. All 12,000,000 shares will be held in the custody of Eco Depot’s transfer agent pending further instructions.
The WaterGizzi Squeeze and WaterGizzi 360 are currently in a developmental stage and upon completion, a purchase agreement will be executed. Should both an executed purchase agreement and the full development of the products not be in place by February 25, 2018, then these restricted common shares will be returned to treasury.
CreativeKlick LLC the marketers of the WaterGizzi H2O and the WaterGizzi Draw products have completed and utilized the initial advertisements, websites and various sales and marketing materials. They have also developed several sales strategies that will be implemented over the next several months.
