About this update from Eagle Nuclear Energy Corp.

Partnerships position the Company to efficiently execute its planned drill program and support Aurora's Pre-Feasibility Study scheduled for 2027 RENO, Nev., July 08, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Eagle Nuclear Energy Corp. ("Eagle" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: NUCL), a next-generation nuclear energy company that owns the largest conventional, measured and indicated uranium deposit in the United States, today announced the engagement of several key consultants as part of the Company's planned Pre-Feasibility Study ("PFS")-related drill program at its flagship Aurora Uranium Project ("Aurora" or the "Project") located along the Oregon–Nevada border. These engagements include a new collaboration with Yukuskokon Professional Services, LLC ("Yukuskokon") and the expansion of existing agreements with BBA USA Inc. ("BBA") and SLR International Corporation ("SLR"). Pending requisite regulatory approvals, Eagle's management team envisions Yukuskokon, BBA and SLR playing crucial roles in the execution of the drill program at Aurora, as the Company continues to progress the Project towards the planned PFS, which is expected to be completed in the second half of 2027. Eagle's VP of Operations, Vishal Gupta, stated, "With the engagement of Yukuskokon, all major operational contractors are now in place for an efficient execution of our proposed PFS-related drill program. We are now waiting for permit approvals from the state-level regulators in Oregon before commencing drilling activities at Aurora. Yukuskokon, BBA and SLR bring the expertise needed to execute our drill program responsibly and proficiently, while preparing Eagle for the upcoming Pre-Feasibility Study. The advancement of Aurora remains a key priority as the United States looks to strengthen its domestic uranium supply chain and today's announcement moves us closer to this goal." Yukuskokon will work alongside the Eagle team to provide turnkey project management and geological support for the drill program. BBA will provide real-time geological modeling, drill hole targeting and resource consulting support, as well as preparation of Standard Operating Procedures for various aspects of the drill program in advance of its commencement. SLR will provide real-time drill program support related to hydrogeological and geochemical objectives, including installation of groundwater monitoring wells, well development, slug testing, collection of samples representative of lithologic units for geochemical characterization, groundwater monitoring and hydrogeological modeling.
