22 June 2022 Premier Foods plc (the "Company") Dividend Record Date Confirmation Further to the release of the Company's preliminary results for the 52 weeks ended 2 April 2022 ('FY21/22'), the record date for the final dividend for FY21/22 of 1.2p per share, as proposed by the Board, will be the close of business on 1 July 2022 and the associated ex-dividend date will be 30 June 2022. The final dividend remains subject to shareholder approval at the Company's AGM on 20 July 2022. If approved, the final dividend will be payable on 29 July 2022.
