RNS Number : 9561X Premier Foods plc 12 January 2022 Premier Foods plc (" Premier Foods " or the " Company ") 12 January 2022 Application for Block Listing Premier Foods announces that an application has been made to the FCA and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 14,000,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). The Ordinary Shares will be issued from time to time as a result of the exercise of share options pursuant to the Premier Foods plc 2014 Sharesave Plan (9,500,000 shares) and also to satisfy future vestings of awards under the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan (4,500,000 shares). When issued, the Ordinary Shares under the block listing will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company. It is expected that admission will become effective on 13 January 2022.
