MONTREAL, March 29 /CNW Telbec/ - The Board of Directors of Richelieu
Hardware Ltd. today approved the payment of a quarterly dividend of $0,06 per
common share, payable on April 28, 2006 to shareholders of record as at
April 14, 2006.
