Dividend payment

MONTREAL, Jan. 25 /CNW Telbec/ - The Board of Directors of Richelieu
Hardware Ltd. today approved the payment of a quarterly dividend of $0,06 per
common share, payable on February 22, 2006 to shareholders of record as at
February 8, 2006.
