Notification of Dividend Payment on Preference Shares

The Company announces that shareholders of the 6.5% Cumulative Preference shares and the 10% Cumulative Preference shares on the Register on 16^th September 2011 will receive an interim payment of 3.25 pence per share and 5.0 pence per share respectively on 1^st October 2011.
