Subject Notification of the alteration of the Company's paid-up registered capital

Reference is made to the 2 0 2 2 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Ditto (Thailand) Public Company Limited ("Company"), which was held on Thursday, 2 1 April 2 0 2 2 . The Meeting approved the dividend payment in the form of cash dividend at the ratio of 0.01111111111 Baht per share and stock dividend at the ratio of 5 existing shares to 1 stock dividend, totally 88,000,000 shares with par value of 0.50 Baht per share in which the Company had register of the alteration of the Company's registered capital on 3 May 2022.
The Company would like to inform that the Company has paid the dividend in the form of stock dividend and has registered the increased paid-up registered capital at the amount of 87,988,450 shares with par value of 0.50 Baht per share and total value of 43,994,225 Baht on 20 May 2022. The Company current paid-up registered capital is 263,994,225 Baht which is 527,988,450 ordinary shares with par value of 0.50 Baht per share.
