Subject: Notification of signing Memorandum of Understanding of the collaboration with TEAM Consulting Engineering and Management Public Company Limited (Revision)

Ditto (Thailand) Public Company Limited ("Company") would like to inform that the Company has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding of the collaboration with TEAM Consulting Engineering and Management Public Company Limited ("TEAMG") on 8 June 2022. Where TEAMG is in the business of consulting and providing full project development service involving their expertise on engineering, architecture, environment, technology, and innovation.
Objectives are to collaborate in business operations, as a project or co-investingin projects as appropriate in the future, pursuing the integration of each company's expertise such as environment and innovation engineering field in order to create a sustainable growth for both parties with consideration to Environment, Social, Governance (ESG).
This Memorandum of Understanding is a three-year agreement starting on 8 June 2022 and runs until 7 June 2025 or until the period of time that both parties agree to extend.
