Director/PDMR Shareholding - Replacement
Lloyds Banking Group announced an amendment to a previous RNS, correcting a typographical error regarding the number of shares sold by PDMR Chirantan Barua. Mr. Barua sold a total of 600,000 ordinary shares on March 10, 2026, across three transactions at prices of 99.012p for 300,000 shares, 99.192p for 200,000 shares, and 98.1056p for 100,000 shares.
