The following amendments have been made to the 'Block Listing Six Monthly Return" announcement released on 2 January 2024 at 12.00 under RNS No 3587Y.
The balance of unallotted securities under the Lloyds Banking Group Sharesave Scheme (2017) from the previous return has been corrected from 41,788,031 to 42,047,010 and the balance under the Lloyds Banking Group Sharesave Scheme (2017) not yet issued/allotted at the end of the period has been corrected from 707,483,262 to 707,742,241.
All other details remain unchanged.
