RNS Number : 0772G Redcentric PLC 23 November 2020 Redcentric plc ("Redcentric" or the "Company") Exercise of Options, Director/PDMR Shareholdings and Total Voting Rights Redcentric plc (AIM: RCN) announces that on 20 November 2020 it received notification of exercise ("Exercise") from each of Peter Brotherton, Chief Executive Officer, and David Senior, Chief Financial Officer, in relation to employee share options over a total of 57,142 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") issued under the Company's Save As You Earn (SAYE) Option Plan 2014 as follows: · Peter Brotherton exercised 28,571 options over Ordinary Shares at a price of 63p per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Peter Brotherton is beneficially interested in a total of 133,571 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.09% of the Company's issued share capital. · David Senior exercised 28,571 options over Ordinary Shares at a price of 63p per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, David Senior is beneficially interested in a total of 28,571 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.02% of the Company's issued share capital. Accordingly, the Company has transferred 57,142 shares previously held in Treasury to satisfy the Exercise. As a result, the Company's issued share capital now consists of 155,671,758 Ordinary Shares, 37,569 of which remain held in Treasury. For reporting under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, shareholders should exclude Ordinary Shares held in Treasury and should use the figure of 155,634,189 Ordinary Shares (the issued voting share capital) when determining if they are required to notify their interest, or a chance of their interest in the Company.
