Mrs Torres purchased a total of 762,797 Shares at a price of £0.003966 per Share.   As a result, Stephen Birrell and persons closely associated him, are now interested in a total of 7,793,663 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.51 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
