This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
The Rank Group Plc (LSE: RNK) (the "Company") announces that on 28 September 2026, conditional awards granted to PDMRs on 27 September 2023 under The Rank Group Plc 2020 Long-Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP") vested at 64.5% following satisfaction of the relevant performance conditions. Ordinary shares of 13 8/9 pence each in the Company (the "Shares") were transferred to the PDMRs for nil consideration after sufficient Shares were sold on 29 September 2026 to cover their tax liabilities and fees.
