Amendment - Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Rank Group Plc has amended a prior announcement regarding the net vested shares received by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMRs) under its Long Term Incentive Plan. Following the vesting of conditional share awards on 29 September 2025, shares were sold to cover tax and other liabilities. The amended net vested shares, subject to a two-year holding period, are now reported as 18,671 for John O'Reilly, 9,597 for Richard Harris, 1,416 for Andy Crump, 4,479 for Hazel Boyle, and 2,676 for Enric Monton. The conditional share awards granted to the PDMRs in 2022 under the Rank LTIP vested on 29 September 2025 following satisfaction of the relevant performance conditions. Shares were sold to cover tax and other liabilities however; the latter were not deducted in the original calculation of net vested shares received. The amended net vested shares, which are subject to a two-year holding period, and the amended PDMR Dealing Notification tables are set out below.
