Dialight plc (the "Company" or "Dialight") Appointment of Chief Financial Officer Dialight (LSE: DIA.L), a global leader in sustainable LED lighting for industrial applications, is pleased to announce that following a successful interim period, Mark Fryer has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") and executive director of the Company with effect from 1st May 2025. Mark will be participating in the existing Value Creation Plan which will be subject to a separate announcement. Mark is a qualified accountant and experienced CFO, and has previously held roles as a director of Augean Limited (previously Augean plc), Franchise Brands plc and Anexo Group plc.
