Dialight plc (" Dialight ") 20 March 2025 Application for Block Listing Dialight announces that an application for admission to the Official List has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for an increase of 250,000 new ordinary shares of 1.89p each in the Company (" Ordinary Shares ") to the existing block listing relating to the Dialight Performance Share Plan. These Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue. Admission is expected to become effective on or around 24 March 2025.
