Marks and Spencer Group plc announced that Ronan Dunne will be standing down from the Board effective December 1st, after serving as a Non-Executive Director since August 1, 2022. Dunne cited his desire to focus on early-stage businesses as the reason for his departure, expressing his continued support for M&S. MARKS AND SPENCER GROUP PLC Directorate change Marks and Spencer Group plc ("M&S") announces that Ronan Dunne is standing down from the Board, effective from 1 December. Archie Norman commented, "Ronan has been a great colleague and member of the M&S Board over the past few years.
