19 th May 2026 MOBICO GROUP PLC ("Mobico" or the "Group") Directorate Change Mobico Group PLC announces that Karen Geary, Senior Independent Director, has informed the Board that she does not intend to stand for re-election at the Group's 2026 Annual General Meeting, after completing nearly seven years on the Board . The Company will announce a new Senior Independent Director in due course.
