Zephyr Energy plc (AIM: ZPHR) announces that Chris Eadie has stepped down as Group Finance Director and Company Secretary, as well as from his position on the Company’s board of directors (the “Board”) with effect from 9 October 2026. Mr. Eadie has agreed to work with the Company to ensure a smooth transition of responsibilities and will be available to support an orderly handover during his six-month notice period.
Mr. Eadie served as a valued member of the Board and an executive officer of the Company for over eleven years, playing a pivotal role in the growth of the Company.
Colin Harrington, Zephyr’s Chief Executive, commented: “On behalf of the Board and the Company’s management team, I would like to thank Chris for his contributions to Zephyr and its predecessor companies over the last decade, and his insight and wise counsel have been important to the Company’s success. We appreciate his leadership and commitment to Zephyr and wish him all the best in his future endeavours.”

The Board has initiated an external process to identify and appoint Mr. Eadie’s successor and will provide an update when appropriate.
